Natural Beach Hotel is situated just off Beach Road and is the perfect location for someone who wishes to be in the heart of the action. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to Walking Street.
Despite being an older hotel it has held up well over the years, if you decide to stay here then you can enjoy the many amenities that it has to offer such as; an outside swimming pool, an onsite spa, a restaurant and nice big rooms with air-conditioning. It’s also 100% guest friendly and doesn’t charge any joiner fees so you’ll have no problem bringing back a guest.
If you’re looking to do some shopping during the day time then it’s only a short walk to Central Festival which also contains countless great restaurants and also a movie theater and a supermarket if you wish to buy some necessities for the room, in our opinion it’s a great choice for someone on a budget but still wants all the amenities that a hotel has to offer!
Walking Street Guest House – 2* $ (Walking Street)
Walking Street Guest House is certainly a guest house for someone who wishes to be right in the center of the action as it’s located directly on Walking Street where you can visit the countless bars, agogo’s and nightclubs.
As a guest-friendly establishment with no joiner fees this guest house will have no problems with you bringing a guest back to your room but keep in mind the rooms here are going to be quite basic and the guest house offers very little amenities except for a maid service, safety box, air-conditioning and a 24/7 reception desk.
I would only recommend this hotel to someone who is planning to make Walking Street their main partying destination and doesn’t mind a basic room, you’ll also have to eat out for your meals but that isn’t an issue as there’s countless restaurants and 7/11’s close by.
D Apartment 2 – 3* $ (Soi Buakhao)
D Apartment 2 is a great guest friendly option for the budget traveller as they offer low cost rooms that are still very clean and have all the modern comforts such as; a rooftop swimming pool, safety boxes, air-conditioning and nice sized rooms which will help you have a enjoyable stay.
Location wise it’s hard to go wrong as it’s located on Soi Buakhao which is a very nightlife orientated area, a short stroll down Soi Buakhao and you can find yourself at; Soi Made in Thailand, Tree Town and LK Metro within minutes. There’s also a Baht Bus route right on your doorstep which you can use to get to pretty much anywhere in Pattaya for 10 Baht so if you’re in the mood for a visit to Walking Street or Soi 6 then you’re in luck.
There’s also many places to get a cheap bite to eat and countless 7/11’s so you can stock up on essentials. If you’re looking to do some daytime shopping then it’s only a 10 minute walk to Central Festival shopping mall and around 15 minutes to the beach if you’re looking to chill out during your holiday. Despite its age D Apartment 2 has held up well over the years and is a perfect spot for a budget conscious visitor!
Chaiyapoon Inn – 2* $ (Soi Chaiyapoon)
Chaiyapoon Inn is a guest friendly hotel located directly on Soi Chaiyapoon which is a street that is full of bars which are generally open until 2am so it’s great for someone who wants to be in the heart of the action It’s also only a 5 minute walk to Soi Buakhao and from there you can very easily walk to LK Metro, Tree Town and Soi Made in Thailand, If you wish to go to Walking Street or Soi 6 then you can easily hop on a baht bus from Soi Buakhao for only 10 Baht.
The hotel itself is a very simple one, offering the basic necessities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Pattaya such as; air-conditioned rooms, safety box, maid services, free WiFi and an onsite bar if you wish to have a few drinks before starting your night.
Despite being a basic hotel Chaiyapoon Inn really is quite the hidden gem due to its location and well maintained rooms, it’s also surrounded by great restaurants so you’ll always find a place to get something to eat.
Grand Hotel – 3* $ (Walking Street)
With Walking Street on your doorstep, the guest friendly Grand Hotel is another great location for any Walking Street party animal who’s looking for a guest clean and comfortable room that is guest friendly to come back to after a night of partying.
Despite being rather basic it still has the amenities needed to make your stay an enjoyable one, such as; air conditioning, maid services, onsite restaurant, free WiFi and a 24/7 reception desk.
Keep in mind this hotel is certainly starting to show its age and like most older hotels in Pattaya it can be a little rough around the edges but the rooms are maintained well and kept clean by the daily maid service provided. It is also lacking a swimming pool so if that is a deal breaker then this hotel isn’t for you. As it’s located on Walking Street you’ll be close to many restaurants and 7/11’s so you can pick up any necessities needed during your stay.

With its location being so central it’s very easy to walk to Central Festival shopping mall if you want to escape the heat and check out the wide range of shopping options, movie theater and restaurants. It’s also only a 15-20 minute to the beach if you want to take it easy during the day time. D Hotel is certainly a top contender for one of the best mid-range guest friendly hotels located in Pattaya.
Sleep With Me Pattaya – 4* $$ (Soi Buakhao)
Located on a quiet Soi just off Soi Buakhao, Sleep With Me is a perfect choice for someone who wishes to stay in a hotel that oozes luxury at the cost of a mid-range hotel.
Once you step outside Sleep With Me all you need to do is turn left and walk down the Soi for 2 minutes and you’re in the heart of Soi Buakhao, the Soi is basically opposit Soi Made in Thailand making it perfect if you wish to explore the bars there or use it as a pass though to get to the newly opened “Myth Night” beer bar complex which is packed full of newly opened bars.
Turning left on Soi Buakhao will take you past Tree Town complex and slightly further down from there will take you to LK Metro which is packed full of Agogo bars so you really can’t go wrong with this location as it is well and truly in the heart of the action. If you wish to visit Walking Street or Soi 6 then it’s only a Baht Bus away and you’ll never wait more than 2 minutes for one on Soi Buakhao.
The hotel itself has a very modern and luxurious feel with nice big rooms which are packed full of amenities such as; a great air conditioning system, safety box, rainfall shower, balcony, swimming pool, on-site cafe with great food, 24 hour reception and a large car park.
One of the major downsides of Sleep With Me Pattaya is that it doesn’t have a gym so those looking for a place to have a workout while on holiday will have to pay to use the nearby gym that is located on Soi Buakhao, other than that this hotel is the perfect choice for someone who wishes to have comfortable and enjoyable stay in Pattaya, you really can’t go wrong here!
Areca Lodge – 4* $$ (LK Metro)
Located right next to LK Metro this hotel is a fantastic option for anyone who wishes to be in the heart of the action, with agogo’s, bars and restaurants on your doorstep this guest friendly hotel is a perfect choice for anyone looking for an enjoyable holiday.
If you feel like walking to the beach during the daytime then it’s only a 7 minute walk and only a 2 minute walk to Soi Buakhao where you can go to the popular nightlife areas such as Tree Town, Soi Made in Thailand and Soi Chaiyapoon. It’s also very easy to hop on a baht bus on Second Road if you wish to take a visit to Soi 6 or you can take a 18 minute walk to the world famous Walking Street.
Areca Lodge offers its guests a ride range of amenities such as; a restaurant, air conditioning, a gym, maid service, free parking, a bar, safety box, free WiFi, a swimming pool and a 24/7 reception desk. Their rooms are nicely sized and are very well maintained so you can be sure your stay will be comfortable and it’s certainly no surprise that the guest friendly Areca Lodge gets many repeat visitors as it’s hard to find better value elsewhere!
LK Metropole – 4* $$ (LK Metro)
LK Metropole is located right next to LK Metro so it’s a perfect option for any Pattaya nightlife enthusiast as you have many agogo’s, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. It’s also only a stones throw away from Soi Buakhao so you’re able to easily walk to Tree Town, Soi Made in Thailand and Soi Chaiyapoon within minutes so you’ll certainly be spoiled for choice if you decide to stay here. It’s also very easy to hop on a baht bus on Second Road if you wish to take a visit to Soi 6 or you can take a 19 minute walk to the world famous Walking Street.
The LK hotel group is very well respected and always provide great rooms for a good price, the LK Metropole offers amenities such as; a swimming pool, safety box, onsite restaurant, free WiFi, maid services, air conditioning, a gym, free parking and a 24/7 reception desk. Their rooms are very modern and have a slight luxurious feel to them and are also very well maintained so you’ll have no problem having a good nights sleep here. They’re also 100% guest friendly and don’t charge a joiners fee so you’ll have no problem bringing a guest with you.
Page 10 – 4* $$ (Second Road)
Located on Soi 10, Page 10 hotel is smack bang in the middle of Central Pattaya, since it’s on the Second Road baht bus route you can easily hop on a baht bus and be on Soi 6 within 5 minutes or walk down to beach road and get a baht bus and be at Walking Street within 5 minutes.
Page 10 is also a 2 minute walk to Central Festival mall and a 5 minute walk to the newly opened Myth Night bar complex where you can walk though to Soi Buakhao where you’ll find Tree Town, Soi Chaiyapoon and LK Metro if you fancy visiting some agogo bars so you certainly can’t go wrong with this hotel.
The hotel itself has a very modern and luxurious look to it and offers great amenities such as; a restaurant, an infinity swimming pool, a gym, maid service, free parking, a bar, free WiFi and a 24/7 reception desk. The rooms themselves are quite spacious and modern feeling with a comfortable bed so you’ll certainly get a goods night sleep here. April Suites – 3* $$ (Second Road)
April Suites is located on Second Road and is a little out the way compared to other hotels but certainly not too far, it’s perfect for someone who wants a hotel located down a quiet Soi but still close to the nightlife action. One of the positives about this hotel is that it’s only a short walk to Soi 6 so if you are a Soi 6 enthusiast then this will be perfect for you.
It’s also a 10 minute walk to Soi Buakhao where you’ll be able to find other nightlife areas such as Soi Made in Thailand, Tree Town and LK Metro so you certainly won’t get bored during your stay. With only a 5 minute walk to the beach you’ll also easily be able to catch a baht bus to experience the world famous Walking Street.
Amenities wise, April Suites has you covered with; a swimming pool, a gym, maid services, safety box, onsite restaurant, free WiFi, a bar and a 24/7 reception desk. The rooms are very modern looking with a sleek light color scheme, it has everything you’ll need such as a comfortable bed, a decent bathroom and air conditioning so you’ll certainly have an enjoyable stay there at the guest friendly April Suites hotel.
LK Residence – 3* $$ (LK Metro)
Welcome to LK Residence, a great guest friendly hotel located next to LK Metro, this offers you the ability to step outside the hotel and be presented with a huge range of agogo’s, bars and restaurants at your doorstep. It’s also only a short walk to Soi Buakhao where you’ll be able to stroll to Soi Chaiyapoon, Tree Town and Soi Made in Thailand. It’s also only a short walk to Second Road where you’ll be able to catch a baht bus to Soi 6 in 5 minutes. This makes it a perfect location for all Pattaya nightlife enthusiast.
It has a wide range of amenities that are to be expected with a mid-range hotel such as; a swimming pool, safety box, air conditioning, free WiFi, free parking, maid service and a 24/7 reception.
The hotel itself has quite a grand feeling to it which is nicely translated to the rooms also, with nicely sized rooms; plenty of table space, a large comfortable bed and a great bathroom you’ll certainly be impressed with your room here.
P Plus Hotel – 4* $$ (Soi Excite)
Location wise this is a great choice as it’s situated on Soi Excite which is just off Soi Buakhao, this gives you the ability to walk to; Tree Town, Soi Chaiyapoon, LK Metro and Soi Made in Thailand. You’re also able to walk down to Soi Buakhao and catch the baht bus if you wish to go to Walking Street or Soi 6 making it an overall great base for your holiday.
The rooms at P Plus aren’t the biggest but with what P Plus charge per night it is great value, they’re very clean and modern as this hotel is still relatively new compared to other guest friendly Pattaya hotels.
You certainly won’t be disappointed with the amenities that the guest friendly P Plus Hotel offers as they have everything you’ll need during your stay such as; a gym, a restaurant, a coffee shop, a swimming pool, free WiFi, air conditioning, maid service and a safety box.
The only downside to P Plus is that due to its great value it tends to get booked up by tour groups, this is a problem due to the fact that in the early hours of the morning you may hear multiple coaches revving their engines and may disturb your sleep.
LK President – 3.5* $$ (Third Road)
LK President is a guest friendly hotel that is located on 3rd Road across the road from Soi Chaiyapoon making it a great choice for someone who enjoys what Soi Buakhao and its surrounding areas has to offer. It’s within easy walking distance to LK Metro, Tree Town and Soi Made in Thailand. You’re also able to walk down to Soi Buakhao and catch the baht bus to Walking Street and Soi 6.
This guest friendly hotel provides some get amenities such as; a swimming pool, free WiFi, air conditioning, maid service, a fitness center, onsite restaurant and even an ATM in the lobby.
Like with most LK Hotel properties, it has a very classy theme to the whole building making it somewhere that is enjoyable to stay. The rooms are a reasonable size and outfitted with nice furniture such as a nice sized television, a comfortable chair to relax in and also some desk space if you need to get any work done on your laptop. The bathroom is outfitted to a nice standard with a rainfall shower to cool you off after walking around in Pattaya’s sweltering heat.
Amethyst Hotel – 4* $$ (Soi Buakhao)
Opened in 2022, the guest friendly Amethyst Hotel is one of the new kids on the block with it’s 4 star rating and mid-level price range it’s certainly a competitor as one of Pattaya’s hottest new hotels, as some Pattaya hotels age there tends to be issues that occur with them, this is to be expected with older hotels but it can certainly make your holiday a little less special so why not consider a brand new hotel?
Amethyst is packed full of amenities such as; a rooftop terrace with an infinity pool, an onsite restaurant, an onsite bar if you fancy a drink, nice spacious rooms that are newly decorated, a gym & a daily breakfast buffet which is only 150 Baht per person. (this is very good value considering it’s about that for a basic breakfast in one of the many restaurants in Pattaya).
The location of the Amethyst Hotel is also a great selling point, it’s located just off Soi Buakhao on a Soi known as “Soi Boomerang”, this means it’s only a short walk to the nightlife areas such as Soi LK Metro, Soi Chaiyapoon, Soi Made in Thailand, Tree Town, the newly opened Myth Night and of course the many bars that are located on Soi Buakhao itself.
This makes the Amethyst the perfect choice for anyone who wants to experience a new hotel that is located right near the action!
