Opened in 2022, the Amethyst hotel is one of the new kids on the block with it’s 4 star rating and mid-level price range it’s certainly a competitor as one of Pattaya’s hottest new hotels, as some Pattaya hotels age there tends to be issues that occur with them, this is to be expected with older hotels but it can certainly make your vacation a little less special so why not consider a brand new hotel?
Amethyst is packed full of amenities such as; a rooftop terrace with an infinity pool, an onsite restaurant, an onsite bar if you fancy a drink, nice spacious rooms that are newly decorated, a gym & a daily breakfast buffet which is only 150 Baht per person. (this is very good value considering it’s about that for a basic breakfast in one of the many restaurants in Pattaya).
The location of the Amethyst is also a great selling point, it’s located just off Soi Buakhao on a Soi known as “Soi Boomerang”, this means it’s only a short walk to the nightlife areas such as Soi LK Metro, Soi Chaiyapoon, Soi Made in Thailand, Tree Town, the newly opened “Myth Night” and of course the many bars that are located on Soi Buakhao itself.
Obviously we wouldn’t recommend this hotel if we weren’t sure it was 100% guest friendly so here’s a response from the hotel:
“As our hotel is guest friendly so we do not charge a joiner fee, but if you bring more than 1 visitor at the same time there will be an extra charge for the third person. We only need an ID card or passport of your visitor for your safety.”
